UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ACT (REGULATION GG) NOTICE TO COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

In accordance with Regulation GG/Uniform Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, this notice is to inform commercial customers of Community First Bank that restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account or relationship with our bank. Restricted transactions are transactions in which credit, funds, instruments, or other proceeds are accepted in connection with unlawful internet gambling. By maintaining an account with our bank, you certify that you do not engage in internet gambling and you agree to notify us if your account is ever used for internet gambling of any kind even if you believe the activity to be legal. If you do not, we may terminate your access to various payment methods or close your account.

BE AWARE OF PHISHING!!!
Phishers use falsified emails and bogus websites to dupe users into giving them personal data that can be used to steal their identities and access their accounts. The emails, which appear to come from trusted companies such as your bank, steer recipients to realistic replicas of well-known websites, where the recipients are solicited for credit card and bank account numbers, passwords, and social security numbers. After you initial registration on CFB Online, we will never again (either though CFB Online, through e-mail, or other method on the Internet) request such personal information from you.
Be on guard, never supply this type of information through the internet.
