MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGES:

A Maintenance Fee of $8.00 and a Paper Statement Fee of $5.00 will be imposed every monthly statement cycle.

TO AVOID PAPER STATEMENT FEE:

Monthly Paper Statement Fee can be avoided by enrolling in Electronic Statements (e-Statement).
