THIS NOTICE CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRIVACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT COMMUNITY FIRST BANK COLLECTS ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND HOW THAT INFORMATION IS USED.
Protecting your privacy is important to Community First Bank and our employees. We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it. In order to provide our customers with a broad range of financial products and services as effectively and conveniently as possible, we use technology to manage and maintain customer information. The following disclosures are designed to inform you, a customer (i.e., one who holds a deposit account, loan account, credit card account, IRA account where this bank acts as custodian, etc.) of Community First Bank, about the information that we collect about our customers, the sources of that information, the customer information that we disclose to unaffiliated third parties, and the circumstances in which we do so.
These disclosures describe your right to prohibit us from sharing your information in certain circumstances and how to advise us that you do not want your information shared. We also describe the systems and procedures we have in place to make sure that information about you is kept confidential.

CATEGORIES OF NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT THE BANK DISCLOSES
We may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal information about you:
- We may disclose information that we routinely report on your loan or deposit account activity with us to consumer reporting agencies (commonly known as credit bureaus).
- We may disclose information to printing companies that would be necessary to disclose to printing checks for your deposit account or payment coupons for an installment loan account.
- We may disclose information that we receive from you on an application such as deposits or loans that you have with other financial institutions or your employment, for example (in order to verify the accuracy of the information that you have provided to us).
- We may disclose information that we receive from you on an application such as existing loan balances to be paid from our loan proceeds, for example (to persons who will be involved in the closing of the loan, such as attorneys and title companies).
- We may disclose information that we receive from processing your accounts with us, such as balance information, for example (to the operator of the interchange that processes our ATM and debit card transactions), or to a merchant processor, or to an overdraft protection vendor, or to website or network vendors who provide technical assistance, or to financial services providers such as securities broker dealers.
- We may disclose information that we receive from processing your accounts with us, for example (whether there are sufficient funds in the account to pay a check that you have written, such as in response to a merchant to whom you are giving a check in payment of articles you have purchased).
- We may also disclose nonpublic information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.
Our vendors maintain confidentiality agreements with us ensuring their protection of your customer information.

CATEGORIES OF AFFILIATES AND NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES TO WHOM THE BANK DISCLOSES
We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us, to government entities in response to subpoenas and to financial service providers such as securities broker dealers who have a contractual relationship with the bank.
Our general practice is not to disclose information about current or former customers to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law. However, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:
- Community First Bancorporation, the holding company which owns Community First Bank as well as any future affiliates of Community First Bancorporation and/or Community First Bank.
- Other banks, regarding payoff balances on your loan accounts with us.

BANK’S POLICIES AND PRACTICES WITH RESPECT TO PROTECTING CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information.

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
Our bank website and online banking services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).
